Relief from Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)
Here is one client's account, expressed to Kristina via e-mail correspondence, of her experience of working with Kristina through the consultation process, and the resulting relief of her nightly Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS):
Dear Kristina,
I need to reorder the MediHerb Licorice Root and 2 bottles of the Standard Process Trace Minerals-B12. They seem to be working very well!
Thank you,
Katy

Hi Katy,
Great to hear from you! I am putting your order in now. What changes are you noticing with your RLS?

Kristina,
If I remember to take the licorice root and the trace minerals the way you indicated, I do not have much trouble with RLS. I've gone from RLS being a 10+ problem to about a 2 now.
Also, the Candida essential oil blend seems to be helping me as well - as a rectal implant, at night. My sleep has been so much better than it was!
You have done more for me than anyone I've ever worked with!

Dear Katy,
Fantastic! I am so delighted to be a part of your healing team! Any other elements of the program that you think have been crucial in your healing? I want to write this up as so many are suffering from RLS without help, as you know.
How many other therapeutic approaches have you tried? How long did you have the RLS?

Kristina,
A couple of things may also be contributing...
Your bone broth soup always makes me feel stabilized and grounded. I'm sure I’m getting good calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus, etc., from that.
After every BM, I put an essential oil suppository (some are the Lyme essential oils you mentioned** and sometimes I use others) back up there to fight off any Lyme and company, co-infections, parasites, and fungus. So, I may be doing 3 to 4 suppositories a day.
** Marjoram, Thieves, ImmuPower, and Frankincense
Maybe stopping using the stevia herb to sweeten my foods has helped, but hard to say.
I bought a NutriBullet and have 2-3 cups a day of veggies with fruit in it, and feel like I am getting nutrition that I haven’t had in years. My daughter is a DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) and she has me doing some stretching exercises and the "ball on the wall" for my glute muscles before bed. I know these aren't in your program, but I mention them because they may be helping too.
In the past, others have recommended the usual magnesium, calcium, and potassium supplements. I've tried all the home remedies like soap in the bed, drinking baking soda water, Candida diets, CALM, buying all kinds of RLS supplements that are out there, including homeopathic, etc.
I've had RLS for about 5-6 years consistently, I think. It's been torture. I've lost a lot of quality of life due to it. I do think it started here and there when I was younger.
Last night I did have RLS that lasted the whole night long, but my neighbor made a fire in his fire pit and the smoke got into our house. I shook the whole night and only fell asleep at 6 am this morning for 3 hours when I took 2 teaspoons of the licorice root and the mineral supplement you put me on. (Do you have any idea why the smoke smell would do that to me? I was shaking internally.) But that is the exception. I've been doing well with the RLS for about 3 or 4 weeks now and haven't needed Xanax to help me.

Katy,
So sorry about your reaction to the toxic smoke. The reason for your reaction is that your body struggles to detoxify without overwhelming your nervous system. As you continue with your program, this will shift. Also, you might consider adding in Neurotrophin. You'd take 2, twice daily, along with the Trace Minerals.
Also, if that experience happens again, immediately toss OHN Colon Cleanse Essential Oil Blend EVERYWHERE - on door frames, in a pot of boiling water, on bedsheets, in a steaming shower - to douse the house and clear the air a.s.a.p. Also, put the Colon Cleanse Essential Oil Blend on your neck and drink 1-2 drops of Peppermint and 1-2 drops of a citrus oil every 20 minutes for a couple of hours.
